Android #19
Android #19 was built to be Dr.Gero's (Android #20) bodyguard.
Android #19 (in the american version) was one of the most annoying characters rivaling that of Mr. Satan (a.k.a. Hercule). His voice sounded like an old broken squeaky toy. If you can fathom the depths of hell, you can imagine his voice.
But even though in the american version he had a weird/annoying voice he was stronger than Goku with his heart virus. After throughly trashing Goku Android #19 was destroyed by a blast delivered by Vegeta but not before Vegeta ripped off both his arms.
