The Dragonballs
The Dragonballs are mystical stones that when gathered makes a dragon appear that will grant one to three wishs. There are many versions of the Dragonballs one trit that is the same with them all is that there are always seven of them, but before we go into bigger details we'll first start with the first dragonballs to appear in Dragonball.
The first dragonballs were small and lightweight. Much like those you see above. Each about the size of a baseball. These were probably the hardest to find because of the size. Once gathered they summoned the dragon Shenrong. This was the weakest dragon (I beleive due to the size of the dragonballs) so it could only grant one wish. The wish could not be the same twice, example: You couldn't wish for someone to be revived more than one time with these dragonballs. Another drawback about the earth dragonballs is if someone died a natural death then the dragonballs would not be able to wish that person back to life. The first person/thing to use them in dragonball was Oolong. He wished for a pair of womens' underwear, the pervert he is. After this basicly only a few people are revived that including Goku and Krillen.
The Namek dragonballs are extremely huge compared to Earth's dragonballs (imagine stacking five of earths dragonballs and you'll get about the rounded height of the Namek dragonballs). And since these are the main dragonballs they can grant any wish desired as many times as needed. example: On Namek you could kill a person a thousand times and they could keep coming back. The Namek dragonballs were also extremely heavy (considering Gohan had a hard time picking up one). The Namek dragonballs were used to wish back everyone killed by Frieza and to wish back Tien, Yamcha, Choazu, Krillen, Piccolo, and to wish for the Nameks a new home and to be transported there.
The New Namek dragonballs were created after the Nameks moved to New Namek. The dragonballs here can basicly do the same things as the older Namek dragonballs. They were used to restore the earth after buu destroyed it and they were used to erase every normal human's mind of the whole buu incident.
The Blackstar dragonballs are dragonballs apread across the universe. It is unknown to me the creator or what they look like. All I know is if they aren't gathered within a year after the wish is made the planet it was made on will explode. I also know the wish they were used for. They were used to return Goku to his younger age by Pilaf. Unfortunately they weren't gathered in time to save the earth.
Onto what I would personally wish for. If I gathered the Namek dragonballs myself I would wish for
one of these, and one of these, and finally last but not least one of these.
That's right I'm doing the Oolong thing!!
