Gohan would've never turned ssj lv.2 and thus would be a lot weaker in the buu saga.
What if Gohan was never trained by Piccolo?
Goku would've died twice in the saiyan saga if Ozoaru Vegeta stepped on him. Thus ending dbz before the Freiza saga got started.
What if Krillen beat Nappa and Vegeta?
The Freiza saga wouldn't have taken place. The Z warriors would've been a whole lot weaker in the android saga. And android #19 would've beat them to a gooey bloodly pulp.
What if Goku had fused with Gohan in the buu saga instead of Vegeta?
Gohan probably wouldn't have crushed the earring after being absorbed by buu. And since I don't know if it's been proven that a person can only use the potara earrings once in a lifetime I'd think that Gohan and Goku would fuse back together after getting out of buu making the rest of the series a total pushover for the fusion.
What if Trunks left Frieza and King Kold up to the Z senshi?
The Z warriors would be a lot stronger in the android saga. Giving Vegeta one extra surge of power that could take out android #18 and Goku enough to take out #19 and #20. Giving the Dbz fighters a better chance during the Cell saga.
