Chibi Trunks, born during the time between Mirai no Trunks's arrival and the Android Saga was one of the youngest saiyans to ever transform to the supersaiyan level. We first see Trunks right before the Z fighters face off against Androids #19 and 20, although he doesn't really make his better appearances until the Buu saga when he's at the age of eight. He's best friends with seven year old Goten and embarks on wonderous adventures with him, usually getting both of the youths in trouble. Trunks and Goten fight in the Junior compitition of the Tenkakai and wins after knocking Goten out of the ring. He later learns the fusion dance from Goku and transforms with Goten into Gotenks. He with Goten as Gotenks fight Buu, lose, and get absorbed. He stays inside Buu until Goku and Vegeta after defusing from Vegetto come and save him, and everybody else. Trunks then dies when Buu destroys the earth, but of course he is wished back, and later appears at the end of Dbz as a teenager along with Goten. Trunks appears next in GT as a young adult and takes the now chibi-fied Goku along with him and Pan out into space to look for the Darkstar Dragonballs. But of course he had stopped trainging since the end of Dbz so he got extremely weak. He doesn't do much for the rest of the series and thus Akira Toriyama and Toei throw away a character in my opinion they couldv'e done a lot more with.
