Step 11

Now we draw Vegeta's clothes, this step is also semi-hard because you must know where to start Vegeta's waist. A good refrence is about three fourths the size of Vegeta's head (Without hair) down. In this step we also draw the folds of his clothes.
Step 12

Next we draw the arms. This isn't hard if you know how to do it. Take a look how I did it to get an idea how to do Dbz arms.
Step 13

Alright were almost done only a couple more things to do. First we draw a belt around Vegeta, we already did the top of the belt in Step 11 so now we draw the bottom of the belt (lined in purple). This belt will only be used to determine the size of Vegeta's waist, you don't have to draw it if you don't want to but I suggest it. After drawing the belt we draw the legs and the divide between the legs. We'll erase the top of the belt and bottom of the belt and badda bing badda boom we're done (with penciling that is). Now it's time to break out the pen.
Step 14

I've inked the picture with my fountain pen and erased all the pencil lines and smudges, now doesn't it look nice?
Here's my picture
Don't worry if your's doesn't look exactly like mine, I've been practicing this same picture for almost a week now so it came a little smoother for me. My first drawing looked nothing like this. If you'd like to learn to color a picture wait for my tutorial on coloring with Paint Shop Pro (It's the only image editing program I have that's decent and I understand).
